Our new feature in forms builder is "Image". This one gives you the possibility to add a default image in your checklist.

For example if you have a template that you want all users to follow, this could have accurate measures on it.

When you use images in the forms builder, it is important that you reduce pixels to a maximum of 500px in width. This means that you can enter e.g.; MS Paint and reduce the size there.

This is the best tip I can give you right now. (We are working on an image autoscaling, but this is not ready yet) So if you have an image that is larger than this, it will exceed the width of the pdf.
