Now you can duplicate / copy a project that your company owns through the WEB portal (web.checkd.it)
Important notice:
A Company Admin, or a Project Admin/Owner role is required to be able to duplicate a project.
All persons that you copy along with the project will automatically be added to the project, and they will not be notified.
How to duplicate a company project:
Go to web.CHECKD.it and the company projects page
Select the 3-dot shortcut-menu to the right on the project you wish to duplicate
Select 'Duplicate Project'
Give a new title for the copied project
If you want to change the project description you can edit the information in the 'Description' field.
Check off on drawings, people and templates if you want this to be copied to the project as well.
Select 'Create'
Wait until the project is duplicated before you start to work in the new project.
Tags from the original project are automatically copied.
TIPS on how to use:
Build a set of standard projects that you imagine you will use frequently in your work.
Every time you start a new project you can take origin from one of the standard projects you have previously designed.
E.g.: Standard Prosjekt - Befaring
With Template: Befaring, Vernerunde, Tilstandsvurder
With People: Person som ofte går befaringer (Peter Be far)
E.g.: Standard Prosjekt - Drift
E.g.: Standard Prosjekt - Utførelse
