You can make a QR code that is linked to a specific form and use it as a shortcut to access that form. The person that shall use and fill out the form can use the camera on his/her phone/tablet and hold the camera over the QR code. Now an option will appear, where you can choose to open the form from your internet browser.

You can do the following steps to access the QR code view:

  1. Open a project

  2. From the project window, you click on the 'Reports' tab.

  3. Now click on the 'Templates' tab below to see the 'Templates' you have made available in that specific project.

  4. Find the template you are looking for and want to link a QR code to, and then click on the 3-dot menu icon and choose the option 'Go to QR code view'.

  5. This QR code can be copied and you can send it to other people. (NOTE: the template name is inserted as title over QR code)

  6. You can alternatively also create a PDF version of the QR code and print it out so that you can hand it out in paper form or hang it op om a board/area where the form shall be easy to access.
