Step 1: Setup Your Company

To get started using Checkr Onboard, you will first need to setup your company. You will receive an email invitation from our team and then simply follow the below instructions to get started.

  1. During sign up, be sure to enter your first name, last name, and phone number. You will be the creator of the company and first admin on the account.

  2. Name your company, select what industry your company operates in, and the general size of your company. This information is used to setup your account and for us to provide a better support experience for you and your team.

3. Add your company address information. This can be changed later, but is required.

4. Navigate to the "Customization" tab within "Settings" and add your company logo and color (in the hex format). This will tailor the candidate experience to your company's brand.

5. Your company is now all set up!

Need to update company details in the future? Access your settings from the left menu and select the Company tab. Here you can update company details as needed.
