  1. To build your first path, go to the Path page and click the Add Path button

2. From there, name your path, select the icon you want to use, and a description.

3. You will now be directed to the path builder. Here is where you can begin to configure your path by adding and sequencing steps.

4. First, make sure you select what locations you will be hiring in for this path. You will not be able to publish it without locations selected.

5. Drag in your first step. We generally like to use candidate details first to capture the candidate's name, contact info, and address.

6. From here, you can start to configure the step you've added by clicking the setup button on the step.

7. The first part of configuring a step is titling it and adding the description you want to share with candidates.

8. Next is setup where you can select from a few customizable options in how information is being collected from candidates. This varies based on the step type.

9. Now, you can setup the approval flow for this step.

You have the option of generating a task and assigning to admins to review once this step is complete.

In addition, you have the option of blocking the candidate from advancing, or not, based on that required admin approval. You can even autocomplete a task tied to the timing of your preference.

Finally, you can configure conditional rules for the step, such as rejecting a candidate based on their city.

10. After confirming, you can now add another step to the sequence.

Added a step by mistake? Simply use the "..." button to delete the step from your path

11. Once you've completed adding steps and the setup of each, you can view your sequence and publish the path by clicking on the "Publish" button on the top right corner.

Clicking "Publish" will expand the screen and outline all the steps you've just added to your path for review before publishing.

Toggle "Publish to Active" so candidates can begin using the path immediately, otherwise, the path will be published for internal viewing only.

14. Once the path is published, you will see it added to your Path page. Congrats, you've added your first path!
