To invite your first candidate, you can directly invite them through the Invite Candidate button on the top right corner of the Candidate Table.

You can invite single or multiple candidates at once by entering their phone number or email. Make sure you select the onboarding path and tag them appropriately. Alternatively, you can also opt to not send them an invite and only create the profile for the time being.

Once you send the invite, you will now see a success message and the candidate's unique link listed.

Alternatively, you can just share the Open Link with the candidate by clicking the globe button on the top right corner and share this link with the candidate to self-select their path and onboard.

Via the Path page, you can generate unique UTM links that directly link candidates to that specific onboarding path. This can be shared directly or hyperlinked.

Through our API, you can leverage our Invitation endpoint to invite your candidate.
