"What's that timer at the top of the screen?"

This timer shows when your paid viewing minutes will be restored. They are needed to earn money in the app 💸

Your paid viewing minutes are restored every 6 hours at 25% of the amount in your account. It takes 24 hours to fully restore your paid viewing minutes.

"Why do my earnings decrease and then increase?

In one of the Cheelee updates, a “wave” coefficient of paid viewing minutes was introduced 🌊

"My balance is decreasing"

In Cheelee, you earn LEE tokens. Your wallet displays your income depending on the LEE token exchange rate to the dollar. This makes tracking easier 😊 If the rate changes, the dollar amount in your balance may go up or down.

Extra Earnings:

"Where is the lootbox I bought?"

Lootboxes are opened automatically when purchased, and the reward is immediately credited to the internal wallet in LEE tokens. To check your accrual history:

  • On Android: Go to the "Earn" section.

  • On iOS: Go to the "Play" section.

Then, tap “Wallet” on the top panel and select LEE.

"Why did I get so few LEE in the lootbox?"

The amount of LEE from a lootbox can vary — it might be less or more than the box’s value. The rarer the lootbox, the greater the potential reward. It’s all about luck! 🍀

Tokens Withdawal:

"I sold LEE, but they didn't arrive to my card"

For now, the function of selling LEE to a card is only available in these currencies:

KZT (Kazakhstan), NGN (Nigeria), IDR (Indonesia), PKR (Pakistan), TRY (Turkey), THB (Thailand), PHP (the Philippines), XOF (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso), INR (India), BRL (Brazil), MXN (Mexico).

We are working on adding more currencies and countries to make withdrawals easier 🛠

If you sold tokens to a bank card in another country, this transaction will be canceled and the tokens will return to your in-app wallet within 72 hours.

Glasses and Their Purchase:

"Purchase of glasses is cancelled"

If you can't pay for glasses, then the possible reason is:

  1. The receipt is not attached or attached late.

  2. The incorrect amount was paid (more, less, or in parts).

  3. Internet problems during payment.

  4. An error on the payment provider's side.

If the money is gone and the glasses are not purchased, or the possible reason is not specified, contact support — we will help you!

"Can I buy another pair of glasses to earn more?"

Yes, of course! Because now LIFETIME is spent separately for all glasses 😎 Only the currently used glasses will break. The rest in the inventory will not lose their LIFETIME.

"What is the purchase limit?"

If you've tried to purchase glasses unsuccessfully too many times, you've reached the purchase limit. It resets every 24 hours, so you can try again after that.

Make sure to attach a valid payment receipt and pay the correct amount when buying 👓

Account restrictions:

"Why was I banned?"

We are sorry you’re dealing with this 😥 Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the exact reason for blocking an account for security reasons.

However, here are some common causes for account restrictions:

  • fraudulent activity

  • attempts to bypass the platform rules for benefits

  • excessive login attempts

  • using multiple accounts and devices
