We always strive to ship your order in the most efficient manner possible. However, on occasion, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

As a result, your items may not all be shipped at the same time. In such cases, you will receive an email notifying you that some of your items have been dispatched. If this occurs, there's no need to worry, as the remainder of your order will follow shortly.

Please note that there's no need to contact our Customer Service Team in this situation. However, if you experience significant delays, feel free to reach out to us.
