How Can I Create My Portrait Packages?
To create your own custom pricing packages, click the 'Settings' gear on the far bottom right, and click 'Packages'!
Customize Your Portrait Packages
There are 3 tiers of packages that you can customize:
Silver - shortest amount of time, lowest amount of images, lowest price
Gold - somewhere in the middle of Silver and Platinum
Platinum - longest amount of time, highest amount of images, highest price
Within each package you can edit the:
Length of time a client can book you
Amount of images you'll deliver to the client
Cost to book you
Description (Optional)
Edit Your Package Info
To begin editing one of your package tiers, click the pen icon on the right.
Number of Images
First you can edit the amount of images you'll deliver for your client!
A few things to keep in mind regarding image quantities:
Quality always matters more than quantity! You can take as many images as you'd like, but make sure to deliver only the best of the best to your client!
A good rule of thumb is to deliver about 10 images per hour.
But that being said, focus on providing the best images you can, more than a particular amount.
You can aim to underpromise and overdeliver (ex: the package says you'll deliver 10 images, but you end up delivering 15.)
Pricing
While lower pricing may attract more people, it's important that you charge enough to make this worth your time, effort, and cost of travel to the session!
A few things to keep in mind regarding pricing:
For Portrait Photography, the minimum you can charge is $49, while the maximum you can charge is up to $199.
Keep in mind the distance you'll be traveling to the photo shoot.
If you'd like Cheezoo to handle your editing, you'll want to factor in the additional editing cost of $0.22/image. (Learn more about Cheezoo Image Editing here!)
Number of Hours
Most portrait sessions would last 1 hour, or 2 hours at the longest. We'd recommend sticking to 1 hour for the Silver Tier, though!
Description
This is totally optional and can be left blank! But some ideas of what you could include would be:
Number of locations you travel to during the photo shoot
Number of outfit changes, in case your client wants multiple outfits in their portraits
Confirm Package Details
Once you've finished filling out your package details, click the 'Save Package' button! You would then repeat the above steps until all of your package details in the remaining tiers have been updated to your liking!
Photographer Profile
Once you've finished editing your packages, they'll be displayed on your Photographer Profile for clients to see!
Custom Cheezoo Website
Your package tiers will also be visible on your Custom Cheezoo Website!
