How long until I receive my prints?
If you ordered prints of your images from us, please allow 3 business days for them to be printed! (Please note business days do not include weekends.) After printing is complete, you'll receive a tracking number once they've shipped!

How will I receive my tracking information?
Your tracking information will be sent to you via email, and can also be accessed directly in your account by clicking Settings > Transactions.

Where can I find my tracking number in Cheezoo?

While in 'Transactions', simply click the transaction for your prints to bring up your receipt with your Transaction Details.

You can then click the white 'Track Order' button to see your order's shipping status. You can also download your invoice of this transaction by clicking the grey 'Download Invoice' button.
