Why Should I Rate and Review my Phone Photographer?
This not only helps the photographer to receive your feedback, but it also helps others who may want to hire them in the future!
Leaving a review on your photo shoot also ensures that the photographer receives their payment from you in a timely manner! Please be sure to review them! :)
How Do I Rate And Review My Photographer?
1. You will have the option to rate and review your photographer 24 hours after you have viewed the delivered images in your gallery. Once the option to review your photographer is available, there will be a notification on your Photo Shoot - go ahead and click on that!
2. Then scroll down to the bottom of your Photo Shoot Details and click 'View Gallery'.
3. On the Gallery Page, a pop up should appear asking if you're satisfied with the photographer's work. If so, click 'Yes, Leave a Quick Review'.
4. From there, you can give them a rating out of 5 stars, and write about your experience! You can write as little or as much as you'd like! Then click 'Submit' once you're finished to send the review to your photographer!
Thanks For Rating Your Photographer!
After you rate and review your photographer, it will be visible for others to see on their profile!
Can I Edit My Rating and Review?
Ratings and reviews can be easily edited if needed by clicking the pen icon within the photo shoot info!
Edit Your Review
You can then edit your review and star rating in the pop-up! Just click 'Submit' once you're finished!
