What is a Coordinator?

You may have noticed that you can invite a Coordinator to your Photo Shoot on Cheezoo! But what is a Coordinator? This option is most useful for Events/Weddings (which we'll be adding in the future!) So for example, maybe the Coordinator would be your Wedding Planner, or someone you're working closely with on your Event/Wedding.

Do I Have to Invite a Coordinator?

Nope! It's completely optional to invite a Coordinator! Most Portrait Photo Shoots won't have a Coordinator involved. It just depends what kind of Photo Shoot you're creating!

What Can a Coordinator Do?

Inviting a Coordinator to your Photo Shoot grants them access to view your Photo Shoot details, including the shot list and weather, as well as chat with the Photographer that you book (as necessary). Essentially it would help them be on the same page as you!

How Many Coordinators Can I Invite?

You can invite one Coordinator per Photo Shoot!

How to Invite a Coordinator

To invite a Coordinator to your Photo Shoot, click on the Photo Shoot from your Calendar page.

Then scroll to the bottom of the Photo Shoot Details and click on the 'Invite Coordinator' button.

Send Invite

On the next page, click the 'Send Invite' button at the bottom of the screen.

Invite Details

Then fill out the invite details, such as their name and email, then click 'Invite' to send.

Invite Pending

You'll see that their invite is pending acceptance.

Invite Accepted

You'll receive a notification if they accept your invite.

Coordinator Added

After they accept your invite, you'll then see they're included in your Photo Shoot's page. They'll now be able to view all Photo Shoot details, including the shot list and weather, and will be included in any chats with your Photographer!

How Do I Remove a Coordinator?

To remove a Coordinator for any reason, click on your Photo Shoot, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Photo Shoot Coordinators' button.

Delete Coordinator

On the next page, click 'Delete Request' to remove the Coordinator from your Photo Shoot.
