Portfolio Rejection Terms

If any of the following is found in your Portfolio, you will no longer be allowed to continue using the Cheezoo platform as a photographer:

  1. Unlawful or Harmful Content: Prohibits any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate, as well as content that could result in civil or criminal liability or is considered objectionable by the platform.

  2. Harm to Minors: Forbids any content that harms children, including content that violates laws on child pornography or child exploitation.

  3. Private Information: Prohibits sharing private or personally identifiable information (e.g., credit card numbers, addresses) of others without their consent.

  4. Impersonation: Bans pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or organization in a misleading or deceptive way.

  5. Violent or Sexual Content: Prohibits content that is abusive, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity and/or touching of genitalia; or is threatening, including sexual language with violent intent.

  6. Discrimination or Harassment: Forbids content that targets, harasses, or degrades others based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

  7. Impersonation of Employees: Specifically bans impersonating the platform's employees or representatives.

The aim is to ensure that content posted on the platform remains respectful, lawful, and safe for all users.
