You can automate your quote requests to all of your suppliers on ChemCloud, and you can set up the first one in just two minutes.

Step 1: Connect with your Account Managers with suppliers who are on ChemCloud
Connect with your account managers with the suppliers who are on Chemcloud. For each supplier you already have a relationship with, hit Connect, and add your account manager's email address.
Step 2: Add the other suppliers you want to send requests to
You can now send requests to all of your suppliers - even if they are not on ChemCloud. Simply add the supplier, and your account manager's details.
Step 3: Send a request to each of your account managers
Choose the product you want to make a request for. The request will pre-select suppliers who have this product in their catalogue. You can also add any of your other suppliers to the request.
Next, add the details of your request including number of packs, delivery address, required by date and comment. When you hit 'submit' you will see the preview of the email that will be sent to each supplier.
Hit send, and this will send an email to each supplier. You will be bcc'ed on each email, so you are part of the thread. When the supplier replies, they will be replying to your email address.
You can see each request now on the page.
Job done! You can now wait for the quotes to be sent back to you from your suppliers.
