How does ChemCloud make money?

ChemCloud charges a subscription fee if you want to manage existing relationships on the platform

ChemCloud makes money in two ways.

If you find new suppliers through the platform, ChemCloud takes a commission from that supplier, which is included in the final price you see. These suppliers are marked as 'Managed by ChemCloud' suppliers.

If you want to interact directly with your existing suppliers on the platform, ChemCloud charges a subscription fee.

Based on initial analysis of 25 customers, the ROI on that subscription fee is 5-6x, through a combination of COGS reduction and less FTE dedicated to supply chain
