Why integrate with ChemCloud?
An ERP integration can save you time in a number of ways
We can quickly upload all of your Approved Materials, and sync them with your Approved Materials on ChemCloud
You can 'Generate a PO' directly from ChemCloud - this will open up a draft PO in the Fishbowl system
How to set up the integration (it takes 2 minutes)
There are three steps to integrate with Fishbowl:
Create ChemCloud as a User in Fishbowl
Enter Username and Password in the ChemCloud platform
Approve the Integrated Application in Fishbowl
Step 1. Create ChemCloud as a User in Fishbowl
To 'speak' with the Fishbowl system, ChemCloud needs a Username and Password of a User on your Fishbowl system.
We recommend creating a new User with credentials:
Username: Chemcloud
Password: [randomly generated password]
Make sure to give the User access to:
Parts or Products
Vendors
Purchase Orders

Step 2. Enter Username and Password in the ChemCloud platform
Go to Profile Integrations page in ChemCloud, select Fishbowl as your integration and add the Username and Password in the fields provided.
Step 3. Administrator in Fishbowl approves the Application
Once you have completed step 2, contact your ChemCloud representative. The ChemCloud team will then 'create' ChemCloud as an application within Fishbbowl.
Once this is done, an Administrator must 'Approve' it by:
Going to 'Settings Module' in Fishbowl (in the Setup Group)
Click the 'Integrated Apps' tab
Select the integrated app (ChemCloud) from the list and click the 'Approve' button
