Every new white-label product follows the same simple process. It keeps things fair for every customer and means your products are made exactly as you approved them.
Order samples. Create a free portal account and order the products you want to test. Order samples
Test your samples. Try them yourself or with your customers. Samples are typically prepared within 5 to 7 working days, then dispatched by courier.
Complete the order form. When you are happy with your samples, download our Quote and Order Form, complete it and email it to enquiries@chemsolmanufacturing.co.uk. Choose your products, quantities, bottles, triggers, fragrances, colours, label route and delivery, and tick Please send me a quote for the above.
Receive your written quotation. Our office checks your form and replies with a written quotation, valid for 30 days. A quote request is not binding.
We confirm your order in writing. Happy to go ahead? Return the form as an order against your quote number. We confirm your order in writing and send you a pro-forma invoice, showing any one-off fees, carriage and VAT.
Pay your pro-forma invoice. Once it is paid, production is scheduled and our design team starts any label artwork.
You can also see every step on our How to order page. Sending us the order form is not an accepted order. Nothing is confirmed until we confirm it in writing, and work starts once the invoice is paid.
