Tested your samples and ready to order? Download our Quote and Order Form, complete it and email it to enquiries@chemsolmanufacturing.co.uk. No sign-in is needed.
Download the Quote and Order Form (PDF) and open it in a PDF app, or print it.
Enter each product, pack size and quantity (minimum 50 units per product and pack size).
Add your bottle, trigger or cap, and your fragrance and colour where the product allows it. You can mix and match fragrances and colours at no extra cost.
Tick your label route: your own print-ready artwork, Chemsol label design, labels already set up with us, or unbranded.
Tick delivery to your address or Chemsol fulfilment, and add any comments.
Tick Please send me a quote for the above, or, if you already hold a Chemsol quote, This is an order against quote no. and add your QU number. Sign it, then email it to enquiries@chemsolmanufacturing.co.uk from the email address you use with us.

What happens next
Our office reviews your form and replies with a written quotation, valid for 30 days. A quote request is not binding.
If you are ordering against a quote, we confirm your order in writing. It is not an accepted order until we confirm it in writing.
We send a pro-forma invoice. New accounts pay in advance.
Once your invoice is paid, we schedule production and our design team starts any label artwork.
You do not need to send anything else while your form is being reviewed. We will be in touch.
