You do not need a sector password to order. Tested your samples? Complete the online order form and our office confirms your prices in writing. The sector password is only for viewing the Car Care price list.
Production pricing in the customer portal is unlocked one sector at a time with a sector password. Car Care and Automotive pricing is in the portal now. For other sectors, pricing is by quotation once you have tested samples.
Our office supplies the sector password once you have tested samples and asked for pricing. It never appears in this Help Centre or on our website.
Your sector password and your account password do different jobs. The sector password cannot sign you in to the portal, and your account password cannot unlock pricing.
To unlock, open Production pricing, choose the sector, select Unlock and enter the sector password.
Access lasts for up to 24 hours, unless you lock the sector or sign out first. If pricing locks again, enter the sector password again.
Not accepted? It is case-sensitive, so check capital letters and any symbols, with no spaces before or after. If it still does not work, ask us for the latest access details.
