To maintain Cherub as a vetted community of founders and accredited angel investors, we require identity verification during sign-up. For the highest level of privacy and security, we use Stripe Identity.

Verification errors can occur due to expired licenses, blurry images, or incomplete documentation. If we experience an issue verifying your identity, you will see a screen like this:

To resolve, please click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen and let us know you've encountered an issue with identity verification.
