Encountering a bug? Thank you for helping us improve Cherub during our beta! We’re actively working to resolve issues and create a seamless experience and your feedback is greatly appreciated!

To report a bug, please click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen and let us know you've encountered an issue. If possible, include the following details to help us address the issue more quickly:

  1. Brief Description of the Issue: A short summary of what went wrong.

  2. Steps Taken: Outline the steps you took before encountering the bug, so our team can reproduce it. Example: “I was going through the sign-up process and submitted my payment information.”

  3. Device and Browser Details: Specify the device and browser you’re using (e.g., Safari version 18.0.1 on a Macbook).

  4. Visuals: Screenshots or screen recordings can help us quickly identify and resolve the problem.
