How to Manage Your Cherub Founder Membership

Need support with your membership?

If you'd like to to upgrade or downgrade your Cherub founder membership, you can do so by going to the Manage Subscription link in the navigation menu once signed in.

Note: If you are using Safari on a mobile device (iPhone), you'll need to double tap the Manage Subscription link to access the page since it opens up a new window. This is a Safari setting.

Upgrading to Cherub Raise:

  • Our paid plan, Cherub Raise, allows you to unlock the following:

    • Ability to request intros to investors that you have at least one overlapping tag with (up to 5 a week)

    • Track who viewed your profile and exactly which links they clicked

    • Priority access to our quarterly events during our guaranteed entry slot

    • Virtual fundraising & founder workshops throughout the year

    • 1x fundraising feature for our yearly subscribers in our newsletter

We offer a free 14-day trial with Cherub Raise.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process and show up in your account.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you will need to downgrade your subscription before the next billing cycle date or trial end.

  • You can rejoin Cherub at any time by logging back in and completing the billing flow again.
