If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your Cherub Raise membership, you can do so by going to the Manage Subscription link in the navigation menu once signed in.
Note: If you are using Safari on a mobile device (iPhone), you'll need to double tap the Manage Subscription link to access the page since it opens up a new window. This is a Safari setting.
How to Change Your Email Address
To update the email address associated with your Cherub account:
Log in to your Cherub account.
Navigate to your Account Settings from the navigation menu.
Locate the email field and enter your new email address.
Save your changes. You may be asked to verify the new email address before the update takes effect.
If you run into any issues updating your email, contact us at membership@investwithcherub.com and our team will assist you directly.
How to Delete Your Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your Cherub account, please be aware of the following before proceeding:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your profile, matches, and any saved data will be removed.
If you have an active Cherub Raise subscription, you will need to cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.
To delete your account, please reach out to our team directly at membership@investwithcherub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days.
