How to upgrade/downgrade a membership
Click the cogwheel icon ('Settings') in the bottom-left corner of any Chess.com page, then select 'All Settings.'
Choose 'Membership' from the settings menu.
To upgrade or downgrade your membership, click 'Change Plan.'
Select which plan you'd like to change to and click on 'Choose Plan' or 'Get Full Access' if you're upgrading.
Use the tab at the top left to see monthly or annual plans.
How to cancel a membership
Click the cogwheel icon ('Settings') in the bottom-left corner of any Chess.com page, then select 'All Settings.'
Choose 'Membership' from the settings menu.
Scroll down to the 'Cancel Premium Membership' section and click 'Cancel Premium Membership.'
If you're sure you want to cancel, you can continue the process by clicking 'Cancel My Membership' on the next screens.
