If you haven’t moved in yet, set up your Chexy payment after you’ve paid your deposit (last month’s rent).
If you’re an existing Fitzrovia resident, we recommend setting up Chexy within the first three (3) weeks of the month to allow enough time for your rent payment on the 1st of the following month.
Recurring Chexy payments are processed four (4) business days before rent day.
For your initial payment, you may have the option to process it immediately. This means that if you set up your account on the 29th and opt for immediate processing, your first rent payment can be processed in the same month.
