Can I make a one-time payment via E-transfer or Pre-Authorized Debit?

Unfortunately No! We cannot accommodate one-time payments via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) or e-Transfer at this time.

Currently, one-time payments can only be processed through Bill Pay.

You can use e-Transfer and PAD for recurring payments.
