Make sure you've paid your deposit (last month’s rent) by entering banking details on your Resident Portal.

Three weeks before move-in day, you'll be ready to switch to Chexy for ongoing rent payments. Open the Chexy link...

Enter your Chexy PAD account details in your Fitzrovia Resident Portal.

You’ll receive a Fitzrovia welcome email when you move in — it includes Chexy’s sign-up instructions.

Open the Chexy link or go to chexy.co/fitzrovia.
​

Create a Chexy account using the same name as your lease.
​

Set up your monthly payment with Chexy.
​

Add your preferred payment method (credit or debit).
​

Link your Aeroplan number to your account.
​

Enter your Chexy PAD account details in your Fitzrovia Resident Portal.
