Yes! You can update your credit or debit card by following these steps:

1. Click “My Card” in the navigation.

2. Select “Edit Card” to make changes.

Important Notes:

  • You cannot change your card between the charge date and the payment date for any recurring payment. To ensure a successful update, make changes at least 3 business days before the payment date.

  • All payments—both recurring and one-time—will use the same card. Chexy does not currently support multiple cards.

  • Your card details must match your verified identity. As per Canadian Financial Compliance Regulations, the legal name on your card must match the name provided during identity verification. If you wish to use a spouse or partner’s card, we recommend pausing your Chexy account and having them create an account in their name.
