Yes! You can switch your payment method as many times as you'd like. However, please be advised that you cannot make any changes to your payment method if you are in an activate payment cycle (your card has been charged but your payment is not yet complete). So, please be sure to make any required changes at least 4 business days before your payment is due!

You can update your payment method from your Chexy User Dashboard as follows:

Settings > Account > My Card > Edit Card > Add a card

** Kindly note that as per Canadian Financial Compliance Regulations, it is mandatory for card details such as legal name to match those details provided during identity verification. If you would like to use a spouse or partner's card to make a payment, we would recommend that you pause your Chexy account and have them create an account using their details.
