We send an email notification for every payment made on the 4th of every month. To follow the status of your Round-Ups payment, simply go to your Round-ups dashboard under the ‘History’ tab to view all payments and their status.

Please note that your student loan servicer may delay posting the payment on your loan balance by a few days.
