How to check customer AI Insights

The AI Insights feature is a valuable tool for sales reps keep track of ordering trends of their customers.

AI Insights on Choco Web

  1. Log in to your Choco Web and go to the Customers tab in the left side menu.

  2. Search for a specific customer in the list and click on the bulb icon in the very last column, on the right side of the page. This will open the AI Insights page.

  3. Here you'll find:

    1. Your Gross profit margin

    2. The customer's Purchasing Trends

    3. The Fall-off List, which contains any products that the customer stopped ordering in their last order

AI Insights on Choco App

  1. Go to the Chats tab in the bottom menu and select the customer.

  2. Tap the lightbulb icon, in the top right corner.

  3. There you will find the AI Insights, which contains the product the customer orders the most and the product the customer has ordered the least recently.

💡 You'll need the app version 3.87.1 or above to see and use this feature. In case you cannot find it, update the app version on your phone
