How to view/edit your OrderAgent allow and block list

This step-by-step guide explains how to view and update your allow list, including allowing or blocking domains so they can go through OrderAgent.

⚠️ Note: You need to choose one approach: either use a blocklist or an allowlist. With a blocklist, you add only the domains that should be blocked and all others are allowed by default; with an allowlist, you specify only the permitted domains and all others are blocked automatically.

View and edit your allow list

  1. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Click on OrderAgent, under Email Forwarding.

  3. In the Allow list section, enter the domain or email address you want to allow through OrderAgent, then click Add.

  4. The domain or email address will appear in the allow list.

    • To remove an allowed domain or email address, click the arrow next to it.

  5. Click Save to confirm.


View and edit your block list

  1. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Click on OrderAgent, under Email Forwarding.

  3. In the Block list section, enter the domain or email address you want to block through OrderAgent, then click Add.

  4. The domain or email address will appear in the block list.

    • To remove an blocked domain or email address, click the arrow next to it.

  5. Click Save to confirm.
