The magic code is a shareable code that gives all users at a customer instant access to the right chat - instead of adding each person manually, simply generate a code and share it with the customer, and anyone who needs to join can do so themselves by entering it during setup.
⚠️ Note This feature is only available for E-Commerce Distributors.
How to create a magic code
Log in to Choco on you Web Browser
Click on the Customers Tab
Find the Customer you would like to generate this code for and click on Customer Data
Under Customer Details, you will see the Magic Code section. Here, click on Generate
After you click Generate, you will see a 4 character code that is unique to this buyer
Share this code with your buyer, when they use it to log in on your App, their user will automatically be added to your customer list
✨ Please note:
The code can only be redeemed by buyer users
The code is valid for 3 months or until 25 users user it (you can also manually invalidate it by clicking on "Manage Access -> Disable Code)
If the user was not already part of that buyer, they will be added as admins.
