Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. To reschedule or cancel a booking, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance via email to: info@chocolatetales.ca.

Once notice is provided, tickets are eligible for a full store credit. Store credits can be used to book another class or to purchase chocolate from our online store.

If less than 48 hours notice is provided for any reason, Chocolate Tales will deduct $19 off the value of each ticket and provide a store credit accordingly.

*Inclement weather - if you are experiencing a significant weather event, and advised by your local/national news outlet to avoid travel, and feel unsafe due to the weather in your local area, please email (info@chocolatetales.ca) and let us know that you are not able to make it due to the weather conditions. We will provide you with a full store credit regardless of our minimum notice requirement.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for any workshops or ticket purchases. However, we will provide credit towards an alternate workshop date, or store credit to purchase chocolate products online based on our cancellation policy, as seen above.
