Step 1 Autopilot management
Enter the Campaign in the Loyalty Program
Step 2 Editing marketing messages
Currently, automatic marketing supports 7 types of activities, including (new member registration, first order reminder after membership, member birthday, first purchase, reminder of repurchase, potential churn recall, churn recall), and the charging details of these methods are described in detail in the creation column.
Step 3 Marketing content settings
Enter the specific marketing SMS settings interface (as shown in the figure) and complete the editing of all required content
Step 4 Preview of marketing content
After completing the content editing, you can preview the effect of the marketing SMS in real time on the right and adjust it according to the actual effect.
Step 5 Save the marketing message
After completing the editing of the content, click the "save" button in the upper right corner in time.
Manual Campaign Setup
Of course, in addition to the above fixed automatic SMS marketing solutions, Chowbus also provides manual campagin methods to meet your customized marketing plans.
Step 1 Create a manual campaign
Enter the manual marketing interface and click "Create campaign" to start creating new customized marketing content.
Step 2 Manual SMS Editing
Enter the specific marketing SMS settings interface (as shown in the figure) and complete the editing of all required content
Step 3 Manual campaign saving
After completing the editing of the content, please save it in the upper right corner in time.
Step 4 Manual marketing plan search and editing
Currently, we support four ways to search for marketing plans, including (keyword search, target user search, status search and form view)
Select the manual marketing plan you have found and you can edit or copy it on the right.
