Access to the Dashboard, open the Loyalty function bar, and click Loyalty Settings
Here, you can set the rules for accumulating loyalty points. Access the Loyalty Points settings page here: Chowbus POS Loyalty Points Settings and configure the points system, including accumulation rates.
To activate Cashback Rate:
Navigate to the Cashback Rate settings in your Chowbus POS system.
Toggle the Cashback Rate to enable it.
Set the cashback percentage that customers can earn per transaction.
Save the settings to apply changes.
Accumulation Scope You can also activate the Cashback Rate feature in Chowbus POS to allow customers to accumulate credits for payment. To do this, navigate to the Cashback Rate settings and configure the cashback percentage.
Here, you can select some products that the points are applicable to. Currently, the options are only all products and some products.
Redemption
Here you can view the dishes that can be redeemed with current points and the points required Loyalty credits are specific to predefined point-based items and cannot be directly applied as discounts or payments for regular products.
