POS APP Order Overview

Enter the order record main interface to see all current open orders

You can filter open orders in this column.Currently Chowbus supports filtering methods such as (date range, order source, service type, server, payment method)

Click on the order you want to operate, you can edit, print, pay, etc.

Here you can transfer/merge the selected table orders. Currently, Chowbus provides three ways to merge orders to other platforms, merge to orders on the table, and transfer to an empty table.

You can also view the closed order records in the top navigation bar. Currently Chowbus supports filtering methods such as (date range, order source, service type, server, add filter conditions)

Click on the closed order that needs to be operated, and you can view the detailed record of the order.If you have any questions about the order, you can also perform operations on the order (refund, edit, print, send receipt, cancel payment, reopen)

You can filter the authorized order records in this column. Currently Chowbus supports filtering methods such as (date range, order source, service type, waiter)

You can click on the authorized order you want to operate, where you can see the detailed record of the authorized order. You can also perform operations on the authorized order (edit, print, send receipt, etc.)

There is a "Closeout Tips" button on the right. After clicking it, all orders on this authorization page will submit tips.

You can enter the canceled order record in the top navigation bar and filter the canceled order record.Currently Chowbus supports filtering methods such as (date range, order source, service type, server), click on the canceled order to view the details

Of course, Chowbus also supports advanced search. You can directly enter the last four digits of the card number or the customer's name or phone number to find the customer's order record.
