Select “Loyalty Member” in the POS APP menu bar

Enter the member management interface, click the "New Member" button, and complete the member information to create a new member.

When recharging a member, byyou need to find the corresponding member first. Currently, Chowbus supports searching mobile phone number and card number, and also supports scanning the member card directly. After finding the member, you can recharge the member.

You can also check the member's membership information and membership balance by looking up the member's mobile phone number or membership card number.
