POS APP Waitlist& Reservation

Select “Waitlist& Reservation" in the POS APP menu bar

Here you can manage restaurant waitlist

Click the "Add to waitlist" button at the bottom left, enter the name of the person in line, the number of people dining, and the mobile phone number (Chowbus will verify its authenticity and use it to remind diners of the waitlist progress) and you can join the waitlist

At the same time, we also support one-click clearing of queue information. Click “Clear All” to delete all normal queued users. Please operate with caution.

Here you can manage restaurant reservation information. The right side shows the current restaurant's dining situation and table status.

The current restaurant dining situation supports multiple ways of display, including (table occupancy time, table number, waiter, number of guests)

The left side shows the current reservation status.

Click the "Add to reservation" button on the lower left corner to join the reservation, enter the name of the person in line, the number of diners, mobile phone number (Chowbus will verify its authenticity and use it to remind diners of the queue progress) and other information to successfully make a reservation

At the same time, we also support checking whether customers who have queued or made reservations have been seated, and you can also view historical information here
