Sales Report
Select “Sales Reports” in the POS APP menu bar
To access these reports
Log in to the backend of your Chowbus POS system.
Navigate to the 'Sales Reports' section using the interface provided.
You will find options to view and filter sales data according to your specific needs.
Earning Report Overview
The platform enables users to:
View sales data for specific time ranges (e.g., by the hour, day, or custom intervals).
Access consolidated weekly sales revenue reports.
Generate sales summaries for individual products over longer time periods.
Currently, Chowbus supports viewing store sales reports in multiple dimensions, including segmentation (in-house sales, online sales, all sales), supports multiple ways to filter detailed items, fixed dates or cycles, custom dates, custom time periods, and generate customized income reports by employee, order source or service type
Sales Details
The filter items of the entire sales details are consistent with the overview earning report, and the sales details of the store can be customized.
To customize sales reports for individual products:
Navigate to the 'Sales Details' section in the backend system.
Use the product selection tools provided to pick one or two specific items.
Specify the desired reporting time period to generate insights tailored to these products.
Sales category
The current sales category have been expanded to include dishes, order sources, service types, waiters, and other sub-items.
Additionally, sales data can now be viewed for hourly, daily, or custom intervals, providing enhanced flexibility for analyzing operational trends.
Dining time
It also supports restaurants to refer to the sales table of specific dining time to optimize dining time arrangement
For example, to view sales data between 11 AM and 12 PM:
Log in to the backend of your POS system.
Navigate to the 'Sales Reports' section.
Use the time-range selection tool to define the specific time frame for your query.
