Software Requirements

Hardware Requirements
TV: Smart TV with built-in browser or Android App. Screen size depends on the store.
CPS App requires Android 7.0 and above
CPS Web (used on browsers) requires at least Chrome 54 or above
Function Entrance
On the Dashboard, under "Settings - Workflow", a new subpage "Pickup/Served Notification" is added.
Default effect when not set
When you install the POS APP for the first time as a new merchant in the new version, the effect when you enter this page is as follows
If the restaurant has not yet activated the CPS contract, the only notification method that can be set here is "SMS notification". Only when the restaurant has activated the CPS contract can the "SMS notification" and "Pick-up screen" be set in the notification method.
Third-party platform notification settings:
Due to the rules of the third-party platform, the order source and service method in the notification scope are selected by default and cannot be modified.
There are two options for sending notifications: manual sending, which requires clicking a button on the POS terminal, and automatic sending, which allows you to set a custom time interval to notify you.
Select notification scope
For new merchants, select any option in the notification method to expand the "Notification Scope" below.
The current notification methods include "SMS notification" and "Customer pick-up screen", you can select multiple options

The notification scope mainly includes two dimensions: order source and service mode. The corresponding inclusion relationships are as follows:

Note: The options within the notification range are not selected by default and need to be selected by the merchant according to the actual situation.

Function Entrance
In the Dashboard "Settings" function column, a new "Pickup Screen" section is added
Note: If you have activated the CPS function, you can see the entrance to this function only after the version is upgraded to V3.25.0 or above. If you have not activated the CPS function, you will not be able to see the entrance to this function.

Screen Templates
We currently offer two templates for merchants to choose from. The first template can place advertising images on the left, and the second template can place advertising images on both sides. Both templates can upload background images
URL
URL: On the pick-up number screen, enter the URL address in the browser to obtain the pick-up number.
Voice Call
When the number is displayed on the pick-up screen, the call voice can be played. You can listen to and set the number of calls here.
