You can refer to the following steps to quickly set up a item discount for your order:
Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard and click the "Promotion Management" function bar
Currently, Chowbus supports 4 promotion methods, including (Discounts off items, Min spend,order discount,Min spend,item discount,Buy one get one). Click the “Min spend,item discount” button to quickly create a promotion.
Complete General Information (general information explanation)
Promotion name (including Chinese): for the creator’s own memory and will not be displayed to users
Display name (including Chinese): Displayed on bills and receipts, as well as kiosk, QR code, and tablets
Description: Displayed on kiosk, QR code, and tablets
Total Quantity: Total number of promotions available for use
Limit Per Order: Limit how many times 1 promotion can be applied to 1 order.
Set Usage Rules
Set the types of services participating in the promotion
Limit the sources of orders participating in promotions
Condition settings
Set the minimum consumption amount to participate in the promotion, set the number of free dishes, or the amount of discount for the event (supports setting a fixed amount or fixed ratio)
Set up eligible discount dishes
Select the dishes on the menu that are participating in the promotion
Set the time when the promotion starts and the duration of the promotion
To avoid misunderstandings caused by multiple promotions, it is recommended to set up a single promotion within a time period
Set the start and end time of Min spend,item discount, and set a fixed time period for the promotion to start within this time period
