Executive Order No.14117:On December 27, 2024,the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) issued an executive order that explicitly emphasizes compliance requirements for businesses when accessing users’ sensitive data, including but not limited to names, phone numbers, and email addresses. To comply with these requirements, this release introduces data masking enhancements to the display and export of member-sensitive data (names, phone numbers, and email addresses) within the Dashboard.

Access to the Dashboard(https://pos-dashboard-staging-01.chowbus.com/), click the Loyalty Program function bar, and click Member 360 insights
You can see in the member list that all sensitive information has been encrypted. You can click the display icon to view the details.
Some information in the member report has also been desensitized
Access to the Dashboard ( https://pos-dashboard-staging-01.chowbus.com/ ), click the report function bar, and select loyalty report
You can see that the member information has been processed in multiple columns such as points details. You can click the display button to view more information.
