Open the contact customer service function
Access to dashboard（https://pos.chowbus.com/dashboard）
Select Team Management -- Roles -- Edit Roles, enable the Contact Customer Service function in Account Settings, and click the Save button in the upper right corner.
Click the "Messages" icon in the bottom right corner.
Click "Send us a message" to contact us.
