How to set up your payout account?

Chowbus, Inc. has established a partnership with Stripe, Inc. to provide secure financial services.

Here are the steps to setup your Stripe payout account:

Step 1: Login to Chowbus POS merchant portal

Before proceeding with the setup of your payout account, please log in to your Chowbus POS merchant portal. Once logged in, navigate to the "Account" section and select "Payout Account Link" to access the Stripe portal for further account setup.

Please input your phone number and email address for this business in the designated fields. Upon submission, a 6-digit verification code will be sent by Stripe to the provided phone number. Kindly enter the received code for verification purposes.

Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Please provide the following intimation to the designated fields.

Your information provided must be entered exactly as they appear on IRS-issued documents, including capitalization and punctuation. If you are not sure, please check your letter 147C or SS-44 Confirmation letter.

Once all the information is filled out accurately, please click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Please make sure that you select "Bank account" when setting up your payment method and follow the prompts to link your bank account. If you are not able to find your bank institutions in the search field, try click "Enter your bank account credentials instead" to manually input your routing number and account number.

Please refrain from selecting "Debit card" as it may result in transfer failures for your payouts.

Once your screen resembles the image below, your bank account has been successfully linked. Then click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

After confirming that your company information and bank account details are accurately set up, please proceed to click on "Agree and submit" to finalize the Stripe account setup.
