The menu builder enables you to upload/update both POS image and 3rd party image.
Navigate to the menu builder ( Menu> Menu Builder).
Select the product line that contains the item you want to upload/change the image.
Select the name of the category to expand items within the category.
Find the item and click the pencil icon to access the item details page.
Under Dish Info, you can see 2 places to upload image.
Main Image: Apply on all POS, QR code, tablet, kiosk, online ordering website.
3rd-party Image: Apply on 3rd-party platforms.
*Note 1: 3rd-party dish info managed by Deliverect. Please contact customer support to sync the data after uploading 3rd party image.
Photo Guidelines
Resolution: recommended is 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Aspect ratio: 16:9
Orientation: portrait.
Minimum width and height: 320 x 320.
The whole dish should be centered and take up about 3-quarters of the image. Use whitespace at each side of the image, as platforms usually display squared images when showing the whole menu.
