Force Sync - GAC Sync

This will sync your devices from the GAC to ChromeHero on demand. The GAC syncs nightly with ChromeHero as well so this button may not ever be needed.

The Navigation Menu

This above menu takes you through all functions of the software.

NOTE: Some of the menu items may not be available depending on permissions.

Quick Explanation of Each Menu Item

  • District Details - the address and contact for Account Owner
District Settings - a variety of controls and custom fields used district wide

  • School Details - each schools address and contact info for notifications and invoicing for repairs
School Settings - each school can have it's own invoice template as well as override some district settings

  • Add a Teammate - a person who will be using Chromehero at some level
View Teammates - the people who are assigned to use Chromehero
Account Types - the level of permission granted by Account Owner

  • Check-In/Out Assets - used for individual device deployment as well in bulk

  • FTP - used for updating student data on a regular basis (template available for easy mapping)

Quick Action Buttons

Use these buttons for commonly used tasks. For Repair ticketing select a school from the drop down first.

GETTING STARTED

Select a school you wish to work within at the top drop down. You'll then be able to ADD and EDIT a variety of tasks for that individual school level.

NOTE: You can Check In/Out devices without selecting a school ahead of time.
