To locate the Repair Kiosk URL, select District Settings
Scroll to the very bottom of this page to find "Repair Kiosk"
Use the toggle button to turn on and retrieve the link.
Click SAVE prior to launching the Kiosk page in a browser.
COMPLETING REPAIR KIOSK FORM
If the device already has a repair assigned to - this prompt will appear.
If the device is NOT assigned to a student - the kiosk will ask you to select which school it belongs to.
VIEWING TICKET NOTIFICATIONS in CHROMHERO
Once the Kiosk Ticket is submitted, notifications will immediately appear in the Repair Tickets tab in ChromeHero.
Technicians can then be assigned in the Ticket editing within ChromeHero.
