Adding Custom Fields in Check In/Out, Student Data, Assets and Repair Types

Visit the District Settings to add your own fields for Check In/Out, Student Data, Assets and Repairs.

Adding a Custom Field for the Check In/Out page

Select District Settings in menu

Scroll down to....

Click

Select the type of button to use for your field.

For the TEXT option, use a word(s) to describe the field - ie. "Name of Insurance"

For the other fields, enter answer choices and use the ENTER key to register the answers.

Adding Custom Field for Assets

Similar to Check In/Out - a custom field may be used for anything related to the device itself. There are 2 areas in which you can view the fields. MAIN and CUSTOM

Click the Add New Custom Field

Select the button choice and enter the field name. Click SAVE.

Adding Asset Fields for the Custom areas (this field is not searchable)

Should you wish to add even more details regarding your assets - this field option will be helpful but cannot be exported or searched.

Find the Custom tab.

Click Add New Custom Fields

Choose field type and enter text description.

Click View Asset in menu

Click on any device to open page and view Additional Fields

Adding a Custom Repair Types

There are many default repair types in the Repair Ticket page however you may wish to add your own type by using this custom option.

Go to...

Click the

Add the type of repair you wish to add. The $ for labor time, cost and 3rd party may be left blank and edited in the Repair Ticket page itself.

Click SAVE
