Some browsers automatically sign you into the last Google account you used. If you're seeing the wrong account in Chronicle, follow these steps:
Log out of Google in your browser
Sign back into Google with the correct account linked to your Chronicle subscription
Log in to Chronicle and you should see the correct account
Quick troubleshooting tip: Open Chronicle in incognito/private mode to skip interference from cached credentials.
