What’s changed
We’re removing title pages as a feature in Chronicle. Once deleted, your deck will instead begin from what is currently your second slide, so it’s best to add a Title slide before this happens.
Existing ‘title pages’ will be removed from all decks
‘Title pages’ will no longer appear in exports
You will need to add your own Title page to all your decks.
What to use instead
You can now create title slides using our Title templates, which are fully customizable and behave like any other slide in your deck, or create from a blank slide.
Where to find Title templates:
Templates → Slides → Title
Will this affect my existing decks?
Yes — existing title pages will be removed, so we recommend updating your decks before the change goes live.
Will my exports break?
Title pages will no longer appear in exports. Replacing them with a Title template will ensure your deck exports correctly.
Can I still create a title slide?
Yes — you can create one manually using any slide layout.
